They are extremely good! They have helped me with muscle pain, my husband and mother have also been helpful, even someone suffering from a hernia. I am back to order 2 more large sets. They have a smell that is a bit hard to bear for me, but as the pain is significantly reduced, it is worth it, the others did not really have any complaints. Thanks
