▶ Tips for purchasing DVD/Blu-ray - Information regarding 4K Blu-ray and 3D Blu-ray playback 1) 4K UHD discs require large-capacity data transfer, so you must use a 4K-specific player. In addition, updating the player software to the latest version and using a high-capacity cable are essential. 2) 3D Blu-ray can only be played through dedicated players and 3D-capable TVs.

- Outcase/Components/Packaging Status 1) During the production/delivery process, minor wrinkles, corner dents, and cracks may occur on the outer case. If you would like to return the product, please contact us in unopened condition. 2) During the steelbook case manufacturing process, air bubbles or minor printing errors may occur. 3) In the case of lenticular steelbooks, they are sometimes sold with a protective film attached. Exchanges/returns are not possible due to damage to the protective film. 4) If the product is repackaged in a yellow carton box to protect the product, exchange/return is not possible due to damage to the carton box. 5) When requesting an exchange/return due to defective outer case/components/packaging, a video of the opening may be requested to confirm the defect. If there is no video, exchange/return may be restricted.

- Poor disc playback 1) Returns/exchanges are not possible for defective playback caused by device problems, so we recommend playing on a DVD/BD dedicated device updated with the latest software. 2) Playback may not be smooth due to static electricity and dust. Most problems can be resolved by wiping the disc with a dry cloth or using a dedicated product such as a DVD cleaner. 3) In the case of some PC-connected ODDs, normal disc playback may not be possible due to compatibility issues. We recommend using a standalone dedicated player, and please note that in case of playback failure due to the use of ODD, the same error may occur even when exchanged.

- Disc appearance defect There may be minor scratches on the disc or the printed surface may not be clean, and this is not a defect in the product.
