Precautions
If there is a sticker on the shoe box, the product cannot be exchanged or returned if the state of the tags and packaging is not maintained. Returns cannot be processed under the following conditions:
- If the product has been used
- If more than 7 days have passed since the receipt of the product
- If the product or accessories (shoe box, tag, packaging, etc.) are lost or damaged (e.g., if tape has been affixed to the box or if fabric deodorant has been sprayed on the clothing).
