I use this cream on just on top of acne scars, i realized acne blemishes fade away. So i recommend it. This cream is also good for surgery scars and burn. It accelerates regeneration of collagens. I having been using this scar removal cream for only a week but already I see a good difference! It's very comfortable on my skin and once rubbed in goes clear. It doesn't have any weird smells. I would recommend applying twice a day. Once in the morning, once at night. I will post before and after pictures in about a month to allow the cream to really work :)
