Directions for Use: Children 1 year and older: Take 1 pack three times a day. For best results, mix 1 pack into foods such as yogurt or applesauce. When mixing into a drink, stir well after adding the pack. Some sediment from fruit and vegetable fiber is normal. Do not add it to hot food or drinks.
