DJI Care Express: When you apply for DJI Care Express, you pay the refresh replacement fee upfront, and DJI will ship your replacement product as soon as we receive your defective product. This process eliminates inspections and estimates, allowing customers to receive replacement products quickly.
Flight Loss Guarantee: This guarantee covers situations where the aircraft is lost during flight, so you can enjoy your flight with peace of mind. (To take advantage of Lost Flight Guarantee, users must link their DJI account and remote controller to the aircraft using the DJI FLY app. If these steps are not completed before a lost flight occurs, Lost Flight Guarantee will not be available.)
