Product Description: Gentle makeup remover with rice extract This two-step, dual-action makeup remover gently removes eyes and lips. Made with rice extract, this product moisturizes the skin.
Product usage: Shake the bottle vigorously before use. Wet a cotton pad and press it around the eyes and/or lips for 2-3 seconds. Wipe gently and wash off with lukewarm water.
Ingredients: Purified water, cyclopentasiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, mineral oil, panthenol, butylene glycol, rice (Oryza sativa) extract, mung bean (Phaseolus radiatus) seed extract, birch (Betula platyphylla japonica) bark extract, sori Rumex crispus root extract, 1,2-hexanediol, alcohol, Hydrogenated lecithin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PPG-26-buteth-26, allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, cellulose gum, rice (Oryza sativa) bran oil, meadowfoam (Limnanthes alba) seeds.
