They are not efficient at accepting returns; it is evident that they only want to sell and not be liable for design flaws. I bought 5 dresses, all very beautiful, they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, one of them, which has long sleeves, has a design problem, they look like a tube, too narrow. I do not recommend buying.

I took in the side seams around the thigh area to create a straighter skirt shape and now love the look, otherwise sizing perfect for a UK 12/14. Have washed it several times and it washes and irons well, hasn't lost colour. Have had many complements when wearing. Very pleased with purchase.

I had already ordered it last year but unfortunately it was already sold out! This year I re-ordered and it arrived early! Beautiful fabric and the reason too! 2 external pockets. Of course, ZANZEA's fantasy products and models are excellent! 💖
