The product itself is good, it has a strong menthol and eucalyptus smell, it unclogs the nose. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but the stick is almost empty, inside there's only a small ball, it feels like it's dried out. Also, you can't do anything with it except smell it, even though the packaging is like a lip balm, the product is not a balm you can use. In the end, I'm happy with it anyway, a useful thing having a constantly stuffy nose.
