I'm glad I found a place to buy this album. The packaging was safe, everything arrived intact. I just got the cards I wanted (double happiness). I have no complaints about the store, it is at the highest level. I had a problem with delivery 2 times, the delivery service in Poland did not let the cruise with the shipment, so I had a delay of almost 3 weeks. But I finally got my album. 🥰🥰🥰
This is the second time I have ordered two items and only one has been sent. I have received part of the money back, but when I bought it again the price of the product had gone up. This time I was lucky and the product I wanted was still available, the last time it was out of stock. Please look at the quantity of products in the orders, I cannot give more stars for this reason.
I ordered two and received one and no one has yet solved this problem for me… I paid almost €50 for TWO units, not 1. Customer service is impossible! I hope to resolve this soon and that there is no problem with delivery again. The Joom team fixed it! It's finally here! Great work!
At first I was scared because the box was in a terrible state but fortunately nothing was damaged it's perfect plus I received 3 photocards as a gift so 2 of my biases so happy 🥰😊
