Good product but, being completely in Chinese and for the Chinese market, the initial configuration is rather complicated. once the app is enabled (which must be set to the China region to allow it to recognize the modem) things improve and finally you can have a menu in Italian or the language you prefer. From a PC, organize yourself with a translator since only Chinese language cannot be changed from a browser. Ah ... Bring a Chinese-EU adapter because it is not present in the package
Arrived in good time, issues changing SSID as had to set home country to China. Once connected to Internet seems to work ok. Comes with two pin plug adapter which feels insubstantial so will look at replacing that.
It arrived in good condition, just to register it is in Chinese and I don't understand anything, I supposedly always pressed "accept" and it's connected with cable to the original rodent I don't know if it's the most correct.
Product received very well, even with the French plug adapter. On the other hand, the mobile app is in Chinese and also the documentation. So I struggle to be able to set it up at home.
