It has arrived in good condition and has taken approximately 3 weeks to arrive.

I have not yet tried the product since the instructions are only available in Chinese! I will try to figure it out but this is not the right way of selling a product. Please note that I charged the device but it does not work. I press the start button but nothing happens. Please advise if I need to do something else.
