I bought two of these alien figurines the other one was packaged in a box that was damaged in transit but it was packaged in foam which protected it. This figurine was packaged in a box without foam and the box was not damaged but the figurine had the arm broken off. I would like a replacement sent to me or my money refunded. What would you like me to do with the broken figurine? Thank you I have just been offered which I am very happy now Excellent service Thank you Joom

Ok it deserves 5 stars but I think that because of the delivery man as most of them have a problem handling the packages. Deformed cardboard box. I have to glue the head of the figurine back to have the original product. Thank you JOOM 5 stars but not for the carrier. Sorry that's how it is.

The figures came well packaged. However, it arrived broken. Since the broken arm was missing in the packaging, it cannot be ruled out that the figure was accidentally delivered defective. The figure is well made and looks good. The alien is completely 15 cm high. Sitting 9cm

White splattering of paint on the figure and eyes had whit dot's and the black wasn't painted correctly. I painted the eye's but could do nothing about the shatters of white paint. It was a novelty present for my grandchild but i threw it in the bin as it was poor quality.
