The product arrived damaged from the box to the balls, I contacted customer service and showed through the photographs of the box taken from different points of view and the balls one by one damaged.. Then they asked me for the shipment number. Now they want videos of the box and the balls ... it's a process very long !!!!!

Theae are gorgeous traditional looking baubles. It comes with a really secure package and its own box which is quite good for storage. They're very light and not as breakable which is good if you have a cat.
