Unfortunately very painful for me, therefore only 1 star (but it does what it is supposed to do, so it is a good product). Probably not suitable for people who are severely underweight and have hardly any muscles (hence the pain).
Delivered without batteries (2 AAA type batteries). Small strange noise in the box. Effective nonetheless, but it stops on its own after a few seconds sometimes. The packaging would have needed more protection.
I want to complain about this item, I have changed three different battery and it's not working.I am looking for your advice about how can I received my money back or the other device which is working
