Good day In general, I am satisfied with the product, everything came well packed, but it is clear that the packaging (box) from the manufacturer was already opened (perhaps at customs), everything inside was in place and intact, as well as the transport packaging. I didn't like tracking the status of the order, it could not be updated for 2 weeks at all, and then in one day the statuses for the past weeks were posted. I also had problems with customs clearance, I ordered an expensive item from Europe for the first time and did not know that I had to submit my documents to the transport company for the customs clearance process, I did not find such a note on the product page, I saw a message from the transport company in the mail a week later , also the status of the order changed for some reason, that the customer did not submit documents for customs clearance, even after I resolved all issues with the transport company. I think these points are not very convenient for tracking the order by the user. Technical support answered me that they have specified this procedure, somewhere on the site there is a page with instructions, but it is clear that not all people will look for this information somewhere on the site. If I had done everything on time, it would have arrived almost in the specified time, but I received it 2 weeks later.
Received, everything is fine, it works. The quality of the plastic is not as good as Anker's (I have 1 kW/h). There is also a smell when charging or running at more than 500 watts - hopefully this is still new. But for such money, you can ignore it :) Be sure to note that when working, you need to open it from the sides for ventilation - in the instructions, it is not on the first page, although it should have been indicated together with the first power-on. In general, I am satisfied with the device
Everything works. The station is great. It took 10 days to reach Ukraine, and the customs clearance procedure took another 5 days. At the new post office, they asked to drop a photo of the code passport. Everything is great, I recommend it, definitely worth the money. Analogues (blue ekoshmeko) are 20-30k more expensive ... protested everything possible Hair dryer, kettle, microwave, air grill, and a coffee machine I downloaded the "BrightEMS" application to the phone.
