The album itself is very pretty and comes with all its components. However, the carrier left the package at a location near my home instead of at the address provided. I wasn't even notified of this, and the tracking page indicated it had been delivered to my home (which wasn't true). It's outrageous that I had to rely on third parties to retrieve my package without my authorization and consent for my order to be delivered to strangers.. Also, when the package was delivered to me, it was ALREADY open and the album was a little damaged externally.. The truth is that it is regrettable and it makes me angry.
It took about a month to arrive. It came well protected in a padded envelope and arrived in perfect condition. I loved both versions of the album and their content. The music is very good, especially "Air," which is a great song, and "258," which I think is absolutely wonderful.
Package arrived in perfect condition and treated with the greatest possible care
so good.
