TASCAM's DR-60DmkII is the only portable recorder designed for DSLR filmmakers. A pair of XLR mic inputs and a stereo 1/8" input feed a modern HDDA mic preamp with 64db of gain. The top and bottom mounting screws are fully integrated with the camera, and the microphone-level camera out prevents distortion of sync tracks.
