4 refresh exchanges: You can receive up to 4 refresh exchange services within 2 years, 2 of which can be used as flight loss protection. Replaced products will be replaced with new products or products that are equivalent to new products in terms of performance and reliability.
Comprehensive warranty: Covers product damage and loss due to collisions, water immersion, and other causes, giving you a comprehensive warranty.
The cost of a refresh replacement is 5,500 yen (tax included) and the cost of flight loss insurance is 26,400 yen (tax included). Please note that if you use the Lost Flight Guarantee, you will be using one product replacement.
Manufacturer warranty extension service: If a performance failure occurs in a part covered by the warranty during the validity period of DJI Care Refresh, we will provide free repair as part of the manufacturer's warranty. You can use the product for a longer period of time with peace of mind.
DJI Care Express: When you apply for DJI Care Express, you pay the refresh replacement fee upfront, and DJI will ship your replacement product as soon as we receive your defective product. This process eliminates inspections and estimates, allowing customers to receive replacement products quickly.
Flight Loss Guarantee: This guarantee covers situations where the aircraft is lost during flight, so you can enjoy your flight with peace of mind. (To take advantage of Lost Flight Guarantee, users must link their DJI account and remote controller to the aircraft using the DJI FLY app. If these steps are not completed before a lost flight occurs, Lost Flight Guarantee will not be available.)
