Size 3XL should fit up to a waist of 160 cm. I can't believe that with a waist of 100 cm. And with more belly than hips, these panties unfortunately roll up under the belly (pressing on cesarean scar) as soon as you sit down, very uncomfortable. A little tight on the legs too. I can't tell whether the panties wear well otherwise, or whether they widen while wearing them, because the elastic at the waist is so nasty that I couldn't try them for more than 15 minutes. I bought these for my daughter who is a size 10uk but with a size 12 arse lucky thing. It took 16 days to arrive (very pleased) and the quality looks very good. I got them for her to wear under her small short summer dresses to maintain her dignity. I'll update review if they are the right size x
