Parcel found in front of the door. No courier notified me. Opened the package, the dash cam mirror glass was broken. The plastic on the mirror is still intact, but the glass is all broken. I request a refund immediately or ask for another one the same. I bought one last year and it works fine. I'm sorry, I'm really angry. *I correct the review: immediate refund by Joom. It arrived unpacked (I would have liked it), but well packaged with shockproof cellophane. It is the second I buy. Worth what you pay. You set it up yourself in 20 minutes including wires. You attach it to the cigarette lighter, put an sd card with maximum 32gb (not included) and registers front and rear of the car. At this price it's fine. We cross our fingers on duration.
I'm sorry to write a negative review...Because the article works badly...The monitor integrated in the beautiful large and sunny mirror turns on, after a few minutes of activity the video disappears and becomes white...The images are lost. As for the times and the well-packed shipment, I evaluate it with good sufficiency.
With the car in motion the mirror vibrates too much, the description includes the Italian language but I discover that it is not, the diagram is missing to know where to connect the red cable of the rear camera, when the car is turned on the camera always turns on front and I don't understand what I should do with it.
