Hello, I'm a bit disappointed with the product because it doesn't match what is shown on the zipper, there is just thread on it and not as shown in the picture... I'm very disappointed. And my daughter too. LG

Smaller than I thought, especially find it and also thinner (light) will not suit a girl for college school supplies. But very pretty and will still be used for outings ^^

The quality works, but the zippers break quickly. In vo 3 weeks of wearing. I like the small hand strap, it's practical, but it's a bit small. The rucksack doesn't keep its shape, but it's comfortable.
