【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.

We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.

The replacement cost is 11,000 yen (tax included) and the flight loss warranty service cost is 42,900 yen (tax included). If you take advantage of the Lost Flight Guarantee, you will be using one product replacement.
Comprehensive warranty: Covers product damage and loss due to collisions, water immersion, and other causes, giving you a comprehensive warranty.
DJI Official Warranty Plan: During the DJI Care Refresh service period, major parts will continue to be covered by the official warranty, so you can use your product for longer with peace of mind.
After payment of the DJI Care Express Product Refresh Replacement Fee, DJI will immediately ship the replacement product upon receipt of your defective product. This process eliminates inspections and estimates, allowing customers to receive replacement products quickly.
Flight Loss Guarantee: This guarantee covers situations where the aircraft is lost during flight, so you can enjoy your flight with peace of mind. (To take advantage of lost flight coverage, users must link their DJI account and remote controller to the aircraft using the DJI FLY app. These steps must be completed before a lost flight occurs.) (If not, you will not be able to use the Flight Lost Guarantee service.)
