The device does what it is supposed to and is also more powerful than my old battery-operated device. Unfortunately, the device arrived damaged. The holder for the lint container was broken and so the container would not hold on to the device. But everything was fine, after a chat with customer service I received the purchase price back and immediately ordered a new one.

I received the order, the device works well, only it was very poorly packaged, that's why I put 4 stars, it could easily be damaged, it's fragile ... otherwise, it's something very nice and helpful in the house ...

Collection container opens too easily. While working with it, you have to be careful not to push the container open and all the fluff will fall out again. Otherwise quite good

The package packaging is bad, just a very thin bubble wrap. That's probably why the product was cracked at the time of receipt. Otherwise it works, flimsy but does the job.
