[DESCRIPTION] A bi-phase toner infused with Volcanic Clusters and PHA to help control excess sebum and minimize the look of pores for smooth, shine-free skin. This lightweight toner is made to be shaken - every time you use it! A layer of Volcanic Clusters & silica is combined with exfoliating AHAs + PHA to gently smooth, and exfoliate skin and keep excess oils at bay. Skin becomes oily in the afternoon, and even after 6 hours of use, it takes care of the oil and leaves your skin softer than before.
