The DJI RS BG21 grip is equipped with a powerful grip and has a running time of up to 12 hours. It's okay even if you have to shoot all day. It supports 18W fast charging and takes only 2 and a half hours to charge. Since you can use it while charging, you can maintain the remaining power of RS 3 while using it.
