After payment of the DJI Care Express Product Refresh Replacement Fee, DJI will ship the replacement product immediately upon receipt of your defective product. This process eliminates inspections and estimates, allowing customers to receive replacement products quickly.
Flight Loss Guarantee: This guarantee covers situations where the aircraft is lost during flight, so you can enjoy your flight with peace of mind. (To use Lost Flight Guarantee, users must link their DJI account and remote controller to the aircraft using the DJI FLY app. If the above steps are not completed before a flight is lost, the Lost Flight Guarantee service will not be available.)
