I gave it a star because first of all the white headphones came in boxes for colored headphones, the sound is very slow compared to other headphones ordered from them (I have several orders made) the color of the headphones is not matte white but it is darker , differs, the sensor is very sensitive, the covers close badly .... but the biggest problem is that the sound is 2 times slower. This time I'm very sorry but you get a star, I don't understand what the problem is that once you send everything perfectly, and the second time you make fun of us !!? What is your problem VARLO!!!!! Actually, they are great, look really great and feel quite comfortable in the ear. Only occasionally they connect independently if I don't decouple them and that's annoying sometimes. Worked normally for one day and the next day, despite charging, they didn't work at all. On the next day they worked then BUT again. Weird, but I'll keep them for a while
