[About the Honda Monkey]
The Honda Monkey pioneered the leisure bike genre with its compact size and unique, adorable looks.
The first model debuted in 1967, with a red frame, a 50cc air-cooled 4-stroke engine, and a folding seat and handlebars for easy transport in the trunk of a car.
The wheel size has been enlarged from 5 inches to 8 inches, front and rear suspensions have been added, and the bike is still on sale today, with a special model being sold in limited quantities in January 2000.
[About the model]
●1/6 scale, total length 224mm, total width 100mm, total height 175mm.
●Modeled with the 2000 model's features, such as rearview mirrors on both sides and a carburetor that complies with exhaust gas regulations.
●Equipped with metal coil springs, the front and rear suspensions are movable.
●The handlebars can be folded up just like the real bike.
●The 49cc SOHC engine is precisely reproduced. Various wiring and piping are expressed with vinyl pipes.
●Optional parts such as two types of custom mufflers made by Yoshimura and Takegawa are also included.
●Two types of slide marks are available, 2000 special and normal, so you can finish it as a normal model.
