Product damage due to causes such as collision or water immersion is covered by the warranty, and you can receive a comprehensive warranty.
If you have never used a product refresh exchange during the service period, the manufacturer's warranty period will be extended by one year as a bonus.
DJI Care Express benefits allow you to skip the product damage assessment and estimation process. We will ship the replacement product as soon as we confirm that the replacement fee has been paid for the product.
If you meet the terms of use for this product's global warranty service, you can receive refresh exchange service and regular repair service at any DJI official repair center around the world.
