The ones received are white, and I had ordered them QEEEJLG6 in mauve, as you can see I can attach a photo of the received I don't know what's going on, but the earrings are changing color...the day they arrived they were white, the next day they were mauve, and yesterday they were white again (I put a piece of paper on them to make sure), and today they are colored mauve, how i wanted.... I ASSURE YOU THEY ARE THE SAME..... I do not understand what is happening....... If it changes again, I'll send you a photo. If anyone knows anything please let me know.. Thanks It turns white again on 11/1 Day 11/2., They were in the fridge overnight, and now they are mauve. I think the mystery is going to be in the temperature. i will keep watching CHECKED: with the cold they turn white, and with the heat, mauve..... So I have two earrings 😳😳😳 Greetings and thanks

I bought previously cheap costume jewellery from joom but never had to leave bad reviews. This is totally unacceptable! The pair was received totally broken and the stone was glued on very messy so even if it weren't broken i wouldn't Wear them. The colour is nice that's the only positive thing. Very unsatisfied on this one, i would rate it below 1 star
