The jacket is super soft and warm and keeps the rain out, but I cut a slit between the two hooks to put the hook from the harness through because I think it's too unsafe if Luna pulls hard on the leash (she's very scared) the snap fasteners on her stomach could open.

These jackets are great, nice and warm and the rain doesn't get through, but to be on the safe side I cut a small slit between the hooks so that the hook of the harness can be pulled through because I'm afraid that if Luna pulls hard on the leash (she is very anxious) the snap fasteners on her stomach will come undone.

I already have a coat of this for my 4 kg Chihuahua, it fits perfectly and is even waterproof and nice and warm

Nice, (not padded enough for our winter temperatures), but not comfortable to close.
