You can swim or take a cold shower while wearing this watch. But be careful not to take a hot shower. It has to be cold water. Battery life is more than 3 years. First impression quite good. Function still needs to be checked. I did not sign, the shipment was in front of my apartment door. Luckily I wasn't absent for long. Start-stop function is defective. Customer service is not responding to my message. Correction, goods have been refunded.
