When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed for Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so if you use them with a different voltage, it may cause a malfunction.

Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】
We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.
You can receive exchange service up to 3 times within 2 years. Refresh replacement costs are 4,180 yen (tax included) for the first time, 5,170 yen (tax included) for the second time, and 5,720 yen (tax included) for the third time.
Product damage due to causes such as collision or water immersion is covered by the warranty, and you can receive a comprehensive warranty.
If you have never used product replacement during the service period, the manufacturer's warranty period will be extended for one year as a bonus.
DJI Care Express benefits allow you to skip the product damage assessment and estimation process. We will ship the replacement product as soon as we confirm that the replacement fee has been paid for the product.
If you meet the terms of use for this product's global warranty service, you can receive refresh exchange service and regular repair service at any DJI official repair center around the world.
If you purchase the 2-year version, the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty period will be extended to 2 years.
